Job Description :

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer with hands on react experience to design, develop, and maintain React components with a strong emphasis on front-end and CSS development. The ideal candidate will focus on creating responsive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility. This role requires collaboration with designers and back-end engineers to implement seamless UI/UX experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

- Design, develop, and optimize React components for web applications.

- Implement modern UI/UX best practices to ensure a seamless user experience.

- Work on responsive web design, ensuring compatibility across devices and screen sizes.

Performance Optimization & Accessibility :

- Optimize frontend performance for faster load times and smooth interactivity.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG).

Collaboration & Integration :

- Work closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs.

- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.

- Participate in code reviews and team discussions to enhance development standards.

Testing & Maintenance :

- Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and stability.

- Identify and resolve UI/UX issues efficiently to enhance user experience.

- Maintain frontend documentation for design systems and reusable components.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in React.js and frontend development.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Strong experience with CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Styled Components).

- Familiarity with state management solutions like Redux, Recoil, or Context API.

- Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

- Proficient English communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR).

- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite).

- Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
