The core responsibilities for the job include the following :

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the NET engineering team.


- Define and execute the technical vision for the team's projects.


- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.


- Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends.


Team Management:

- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing engineering team.


- Set clear goals and expectations for team members.


- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.


- Provide performance feedback and career development opportunities.


- Manage team resources effectively to optimize productivity.


Project Management :


- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.


- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.


- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.


- Manage project risks and issues effectively.


System Architecture :


- Design and implement scalable and maintainable web applications using.NET technologies.


- Leverage Microsoft Azure cloud platform for hosting and deploying applications.


- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions.


- Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of applications.


Database Management :


- Design and implement efficient database solutions using SQL Server.


- Optimize database performance and maintain data integrity.


Stakeholder Management :


- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.


- Communicate project status, risks, and challenges effectively.


- Manage expectations and resolve :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


- 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on.NET technologies.


- 5+ years of experience in managing engineering teams.


- Proven experience in designing and developing web applications using.NET, C#, and SQL Server.


- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its services.


- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation.


- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e., Scrum, Kanban).


- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e., CI/CD, containerization).


- Knowledge of frontend technologies (e., JavaScript, React, Angular).


- Experience with cloud-native development and serverless computing.


- Certifications in DOTNET, Azure, or related technologies
