Condé Nast is seeking a collaborative and Associate Product Manager to support product planning and execution in the Customer Data products team focusing on our ourCustomer Data Platforms.


You will be responsible for supporting strategies and assisting in the technical execution of projects focused on enhancing our data capabilities for Conde Nast, with a large focus on supporting the development of our Customer Data Platform capabilities. You will support the Director of Product and Product Managers within the Customer Data Platform team to gather requirements for the development of customer data platforms based on analyses of our business and functional needs to drive consumer and enterprise strategy and value. You assist in gaining buy-in from stakeholders, help define the prioritisation of features & user stories, work with the multi-discipline teams in Technology to support the implementation of new product features, and measure the impact of these changes.


You will need to work closely with other Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineers (at all levels) to scope, prioritise and develop capabilities that will support Conde Nast’s businesses and ambitions.


Responsibilities include:

  • Support and assist in the prioritization of efforts focused on developing and delivering our Customer Data Platform capabilities for the US and Rest of World on Action IQ and Treasure Data platforms (respectively).
  • Work closely with CDP Product Manager and team to assist in defining product and technical roadmaps and execute on them including performing product acceptance testing for new capabilities, coordinating business QA and measuring feature level performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders (Consumer revenue, Legal) on requirements and use case definition
  • Own segment QA for new use cases and data sources available in the platform
  • Own and update documentation related to the project and platform
  • Track request progress and update roadmaps related to use case deployment
  • Support evangelizing and driving adoption for launched CDP products within the Consumer Revenue team to support their revenue goals and ambitions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our products and capabilities and locate gaps in functionality as they pertain to Customer Data Platform capabilities.
  • Set up your team to field inbound questions and concerns from users looking to utilize Customer Data Platforms. Translate feature requests into requirements and assist in their prioritization.
  • Regularly assess the competitive landscape in order to identify Customer Data Platform capabilities and features that need to be prioritized to drive regulatory and/or customer experience improvements.
  • Define OKR’s associated with Customer Data products and Customer Data Platform capabilities and measure progress against them.


The ideal candidate has:

  • 1-2 years of product management, consultancy or similar experience.
  • Experience with Customer Data products including but not limited to User Customer Data Platforms (ideally ActionIQ and/or Treasure Data), Consent platforms, Segmentation
