Prepare CAPA reports and submit to the customer. - Creating technical awareness among the customers for product in various campaign - Customer relationship management - Review of product related field issues - Exploring new business opportunities with the existing customers - Introduction of new products and technologies - Technical Assistance to After Market Team - Value engineering - Conducting IQAs on customer vehicles/equipment for all new products. - Support to brand manager for customer specific technical promotional activities - Settling commercial activities like pending payments or transactional issues and recovery and reconciliationKNOWLEDGE- Application Engineering, Basic Engine, Filtration Basics - Diesel engine and its application on equipments - Product range and Technical knowledge of our products. - Manufacturing and engineering related knowledge.FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS- Good understanding of customer requirement and means to fulfill the requirements. - Cool and calm attitude to main a diplomatic relationship with customer even under tremendous pressure. - Presentation, communication and costing skills - Diplomatic and negotiating skill.
