By using glucose and other biomarkers, they are helping people improve their energy levels, lose fat and avoid metabolic disorders.Key Responsibilities:Procure-to-Pay (P2P):- Oversee end-to-end P2P process including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations. - Ensure timely vendor payments while maintaining optimal cash flow and working capital efficiency. - Drive process standardization and implement automation initiatives to enhance accuracy and turnaround time. - Collaborate with procurement, operations, and business teams to ensure adherence to internal controls and approval hierarchies.Order-to-Cash (O2C):- Manage the complete O2C cycle including order booking, invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations. - Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition in line with accounting standards. - Partner with business and sales teams to streamline billing, credit control, and dispute resolution processes.Compliance & Controls:- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. - Support audits (statutory, internal, and tax) by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations. - Maintain robust internal controls and process documentation for all finance operations.ERP & Automation:- Leverage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite or similar) to automate and optimize workflows across P2P and O2C cycles. - Collaborate with tech and product teams to implement digital finance solutions that improve efficiency and visibility.Requirements:- 6–12 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), P2P, and O2C management. - Proven track record in driving automation, process improvements, and ERP-based finance transformations. - Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian statutory compliances. - Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance. - Experience in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment will be an added advantage.
