Description

We are seeking a Lead OpenText ECM Developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in Opentext ECM (xECM) using Java web services (CWS) and RESTAPI, along with experience in content/document migration from legacy systems to Opentext ECM/xECM. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to implementing ECM solutions and integration with SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of ECM solutions and integration with SAP systems Drive best practices, guidelines, and experience on installation and configuration of OpenText Extended ECM Provide access control knowledge, including RBAC, ABAC, with OpenText Extended ECM Set up governance models (folder structure) guidelines, preferably in a manufacturing company Engage in conversations with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and interpret them technically to facilitate understanding within the team

Requirements

8-12 years of experience in OpenText ECM development, with a focus on Opentext ECM (xECM) using Java web services (CWS) and RESTAPI Proficiency in content/document migration from legacy systems to Opentext ECM/xECM Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and PL/SQL Deep understanding of SAP and OpenText functionalities, including integration with SAP modules Experience in implementing ECM solutions using other ECM products and integration with SAP systems Installation, configuration, and administration experience with OpenText Extended ECM for SAP solutions Integration experience with SAP modules like SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and SAP C4C Ability to drive Fiori integration with xECM with the help of a Fiori developer Excellent soft skills, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team environment B2+ English level proficiency

Nice to have

Experience in OpenText Extended ECM and Business Workspaces configuration Exposure to advanced topics like AI with ECM, Connectors, etc Certification in OpenText ECM or related areas is a plus
