Job Title: E-commerce Manager - Sales and Marketing
Location: Bangalore / Mysore
Job Summary: The E-commerce Manager - Sales and Marketing will drive revenue growth and enhance the online presence of the Cycle brand through strategic e-commerce sales and digital marketing efforts. This role requires expertise in e-commerce management, sales optimization, and digital marketing, with a focus on managing direct-to-consumer (D2C) websites to achieve continuous growth in revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, optimizing the sales funnel and conversion rates.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute SEO, SEM, email, and social media campaigns, managing the online marketing budget with the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Product Merchandising: Manage and optimize the online catalog, driving sales through effective merchandising strategies.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the user experience and ensure customer satisfaction across all devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align e-commerce strategies with business goals.
- Analytics: Track performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize site functionality for a seamless user experience.
- Global Expansion: Manage the expansion of global online stores and develop commercial strategies for new markets.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in managing D2C brands with proven growth; 8-12 years total work experience. Experience in the Agarbatti industry is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in Annual Operating Plans and Sales Plans preparation.
