Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients such as hedge funds, asset managers, pension funds, psu/private banks and other large investors.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering personalized advice and executing their trading strategies.

- Provide clients with market insights, trading ideas, and updates on market trends.

Trade Execution:

- Execute client orders in equity and derivatives markets efficiently while ensuring best execution practices from ODIN and Bloomberg.

- Monitor trading activity and ensure that client orders are executed accurately and on time.

- Advise clients on market liquidity, trade strategies, and pricing.

Market Analysis:

- Provide clients with up-to-date market information, economic reports, and technical analysis to assist in decision-making.

- Collaborate with the research team to understand market conditions and provide recommendations to clients.

Risk Management & Compliance:

- Ensure all trading activities adhere to internal risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant market regulations and compliance standards.

Business Development:

- Develop new institutional client relationships and identify new sales opportunities within the institutional segment.

- Collaborate with the sales team to grow the firms institutional client base and Work closely with internal trading desks, research teams, and other departments to ensure clients receive the best service possible.

- Provide feedback on client needs, product offerings, and market conditions to internal Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related Minimum of 7 years of experience in institutional sales trading, ideally at a broking firm or investment bank.

- Strong understanding of financial products, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.

- Proven track record of managing institutional client relationships and executing trades Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand market trends.

- High level of proficiency with trading platforms, financial software, and market data tools.

- Knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory compliance.
