- Design and implement complex business logic for multi-level marketing products.


- Develop hierarchical data structures to support commission calculations.


- Build real-time calculation and reporting systems for accurate and timely insights.


- Architect and build 0-to-1 products with a focus on scalability and performance.


- Design and implement microservices architecture for distributed systems.


- Leverage containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for efficient deployment and management.


- Utilize Node.js, React, and Python to create modern web applications.


- Ensure the efficient and effective use of these technologies to deliver high-quality products.


- Architect and build SaaS products on public cloud platforms.


- Leverage cloud-native technologies and best practices for optimal performance and scalability.


- Design and implement microservices architecture for distributed systems.


- Design and document detailed architectural blueprints for complex systems.


- Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.


- Continuously evaluate and improve architectural designs to meet evolving business needs.


- Lead and manage small development teams (5-10 people).


- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.


- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.


Qualifications :


- 5-10 years of experience in building multi-level marketing products or commission rule engines.


- Strong expertise in Node.js, React, and Python for web application development.


- At least 5-10 years of experience building SaaS products on public cloud platforms.


- 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing architectural designs.


- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud-native technologies.


- Strong understanding of hierarchical data structures and real-time calculations.


- Experience managing small development teams and providing technical leadership.


- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


- A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.


Preferred Qualifications : Experience with LLM models, NLP, or other AI technologies.
