Job Description

  • As DXP/CMS SME, you will help to realize high-end technology solutions for our clients. You will design, develop and roll-out the solutions using modern technologies and ways of working along with your team. Moreover, in this hands-on Dev + Consultant role you will help in business development, as well as in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Comprehensive technical leadership to DXP/CMS migrations and new implementations for new and existing customers, and lead a team of CMS Developers and Authors. This is a senior, people manager role, and external customer facing – expected to partner and collaborate closely with CIO’s, CDO’s and CMO’s of top enterprise customers. Cross-functional, communication and documentation skills are extremely key Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java.
  • Should have capability to handle any DXP/CMS like Sitecore, Optimizely, sitefnity etc. work.
  • Mastery of core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, client/server-side-scripting languages such as JavaScript, and JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations
  • Deep understanding of .net combined with a strong understanding of Enterprise frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of and hands-on development experience with relevant “’.net CMS ‘ frameworks.
  • Represent be the face of the CMS team – lead all end-customer interactions.
  • Lead technical design, effort estimation / sizing and development, including logical & deployment enterprise-level architecture (system design, application architecture, data design, H/w & S/w stack and components).
  • Align the development strategy & technology stack with project KPI’s of the customer.
  • Lead and orchestrate joint discovery sessions with customer to document the project SoW, use-cases and test-cases.
  • Call-out impediments, dependencies & risks with potential mitigation plan.
  • Recommending development approach(es), aligned with the KPI’s of the project.
  • Closely work with CSM’s / Tech project managers to plan & refine use-stories and story-points in Jira and set-up the project in an agile methodology.
  • Take ownership for performance and security of the architecture designed.
  • Create content model for different digital assets like video, etc Experience in Machine Learning and Neural Network architectures like Ensemble Models, SVM, CNN, RNN, Transformers, etc.
  • Proficient in Sitecore or equivalent foundational concepts, including the use of core frameworks, a solid understanding of all of the related building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the sitecore development and deployment process.
  • Good understanding of sitecore capabilities including Multi-site manager and Blueprinting, and the use of online marketing components such as advanced targeting / personalization, and multi-variate testing, is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment, and delivery processes.
  • Good understanding of integration patterns and content-centric application development patterns using Sitecore with or without a Portal, Search, Commerce package or other platforms, is preferred.
  • Formulate an implementation plan & prepare estimates for the assigned activities/work items.
  • Report work progress to the manager & the client on a periodic basis.
  • At least played the role of Solution architect for two years.
  • Participate/Lead in design discussions & client meetings.
  • Ideate and deliver agile POCs to validate project plan & partner in pre-sales activities
  • Create a Training & Certification map for all CMS/DXP team and create a world-class CMS / DXP team.
  • An ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints
  • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills, and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work, both personally and at a team level
