SAP Ariba Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ARIBA- Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ARIBA modules along with extensive technical expertise to provide innovative solutions and support in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP ARIBA systems.

As a SAP ARIBA-Techno Consultant, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

- Technical Expertise : Utilize your in-depth knowledge of SAP ARIBA modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, and Spend Analysis to provide technical guidance and support.

- Customization and Configuration : Lead the design, customization, and configuration of SAP ARIBA applications to meet specific business needs and requirements.

- Develop and implement enhancements, workflows, and integrations with other SAP modules or third-party systems.

- System Implementation : Manage end-to-end implementation projects including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

- Technical Support : Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to SAP ARIBA systems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

- Documentation and Training : Develop comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for SAP ARIBA systems.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on system functionalities and best practices.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest SAP ARIBA releases, features, and industry trends.

- Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

- Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, architects, and project managers to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Communicate effectively to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5 to 8 years of experience as a SAP ARIBA consultant with a focus on technical aspects.

- Proficiency in SAP ARIBA modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, and Spend Analysis.

- Hands-on experience in SAP ARIBA customization, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules or third-party systems.

- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Experience leading end-to-end implementation projects with a proven track record of successful delivery.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- SAP ARIBA certification(s) preferred.
