The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring AI projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience in AI or data-driven projects, can manage cross-functional teams, and ensures adherence to Agile practices. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery ofAgentic AI and AI/ML projectsfrom discovery to deployment and monitoring. Plan, prioritize, and track Agile sprints, backlogs, and project milestones. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, KPIs, and success metrics. Ensure AI solutions comply withResponsible AIprinciples: fairness, explainability, and governance. Manage project risks, resources, budgets, and timelines effectively. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between AI engineers, data scientists, and business teams. Implement process improvements to optimize AI project delivery, integrating Agile and MLOps principles. Support change management, adoption, and training for AI-driven workflows. Maintain executive-level communication on project status, risks, and value delivered. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s inComputer Science, IT, Business, or related fields . 6–12 years ofproject management experience , preferably inAI, ML, or data analytics projects . Strong understanding ofAgile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Experience managingAgentic AI, Generative AI, or LLM-driven initiatives . Familiarity withAI frameworks, MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow), and cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Scrum Master certification(CSM, PSM) is a plus. Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and Responsible AI practices. Preferred Skills Experience with AI orchestration frameworks likeLangChain, n8n, or Flowise . Familiarity with data pipelines, RAG systems, and AI deployment best practices. Hands-on exposure to LLMs and Generative AI use cases. Knowledge ofproject tracking toolslike Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
