Role Overview:

We are hiring a Coupa Administrator to provide remote functional support for Coupa as part of a strategic AMS engagement. You will be responsible for managing user access, configurations, incident resolution, integrations monitoring, and master data activities in close coordination with the Coupa Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 8+ years of experience in Coupa. Design, configuration, and support of Coupa SIM module for supplier information management. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across Coupa modules: P2P, SIM, CLM, Sourcing, Invoicing, Inventory, Spend Guard, etc.
  • Manage user roles and access provisioning, deactivation, and SOD policies.
  • Support configuration changes including approval workflows, business rules, and forms.
  • Perform routine system health checks and monitor integrations with ERP (SAP) via Boomi/MuleSoft.
  • Re-trigger failed integrations and investigate sync issues with master and transactional data.
  • Maintain supplier data, cost centres, chart of accounts, project codes, etc.
  • Support supplier onboarding, content management (catalogs, punchout sites), and invoice processing.
  • Assist with exception reporting, issue documentation, and knowledge base updates.
  • Work closely with the Coupa Lead and escalate unresolved or critical issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Coupa Supplier Portal (registration, profile management, PO & invoice collaboration).
  • Experience in supplier enablement/onboarding projects for procurement or finance systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for supplier training and support.
  • Ability to manage large data sets for supplier information and maintain data accuracy.
  • Project coordination skills, including reporting and tracking onboarding progress.

Desired Background:

  • Prior experience with Coupa Supplier Information Management (SIM) or similar procurement platforms (Ariba, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and supplier compliance requirements.
  • Multilingual communication skills (preferred, to support diverse supplier communities).
