Senior Developer/Lead Developer

Must Have's : Java + Spring boot + Microservices + AWS

For Java Lead :10+ years experience

For Sr Java : 4 to 6.5 years experience

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications.


- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot.


- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS.


- Oversee code quality, performance, and scalability of applications.


- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and direction.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.


- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.


- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.


- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain Qualifications :


Java : Extensive experience with Java SE/EE.


Spring Boot : Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Spring Boot.


Microservices : Proven track record of designing and implementing microservices architecture.


AWS : Proficiency with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) and cloud-native development.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).


- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).


- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.


- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.


- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.


Education and Experience :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


- 7+ years of professional experience in Java development.


- 3+ years of experience in a lead or senior developer role.
