We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who have excellent communication skills and are eager to kick-start their careers in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide top-notch customer service to our U.S.-based clients during night shifts.

•Handle phone and online communication with professionalism and efficiency.

•Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.

•Use or learn Adobe software for basic customer service tasks and creative problem-solving.

Requirements:

•Fresh graduate with a strong command of English and a American accent.

•Phone-friendly with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

•Tech-savvy, with experience or willingness to learn Adobe software.

•Ability to work independently as a contractor with minimal supervision.

•Access to a reliable computer system with high speed internet, webcam and high-quality headphones.

Compensation:

•Base Pay: ₹240,000 per annum.

•Commissions: Additional earnings based on performance
