About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong passion for creating intuitive, user-centric designs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing web and mobile applications, leading design projects end-to-end, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications from concept to final implementation.

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to gather insights and inform design decisions.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using modern design tools.

- Develop responsive designs optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure

seamless delivery.

- Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand consistency across platforms.

- Conduct A/B testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve design quality.

- Mentor junior designers and guide best practices in design thinking and Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in product-based or IT service companies.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.

- Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design principles.

- Hands-on experience in user research, persona creation, and usability testing.

- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies (basic knowledge is a plus).

- Ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and clients.

- Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects across web and mobile platforms.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration to Have :

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.

- Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools.

- Familiarity with designing for accessibility standards :

- Bachelors degree in Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), Computer Science, or related field.
