Role Overview:

Orange Technologies is seeking a passionate and skilled Videographer who thrives in dynamic public settings and has a proven track record in creating engaging visual content. The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with strangers, adept at capturing authentic moments, and has a strong portfolio showcasing their creative talent, preferably through a personal YouTube or Instagram channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Public Videography:
  • Capture genuine interactions and reactions in various public settings, including markets, events, and streets.
  • Approach and engage with people confidently to create relatable and captivating content.
  • Content Creation & Strategy:
  • Develop and execute detailed storyboards based on scripts, concepts, and desired emotions.
  • Ensure content aligns with current social media trends and resonates with target audiences.
  • Technical Excellence:
  • Utilize advanced videography principles such as framing, lighting, and audio recording to deliver high-quality output.
  • Edit videos to enhance storytelling, maintaining a consistent visual style.
  • Audience Engagement:
  • Analyze content performance across platforms like Instagram and YouTube to refine strategies.
  • Demonstrate a track record of generating high engagement (likes, comments, shares) on personal or client channels.
  • Trend Analysis:
  • Stay updated on evolving social media trends, audience preferences, and viral content formats.
  • Incorporate innovative techniques to elevate the brand’s video presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Videographer with a strong portfolio of public shoots.
  • Active YouTube or Instagram channel showcasing engaging, high-quality video content.
  • Expertise in videography equipment, video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and audio tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with diverse individuals and create comfortable filming environments.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, cinematic techniques, and social media dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in creating viral social media content.
