How will you make an impact in this role ?

We are seeking a talented Speech Analytics Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our Conversational AI team. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our AI-powered conversational systems by analyzing vast amounts of voice and text data. Your expertise in speech recognition, natural language processing, and machine learning will be instrumental in improving the accuracy, efficiency, and user experience of our AI assistants.



We are looking for a proven candidate who can help us :

  1. Experience working on LLM and Gen AI technologies for any analytics projects (voice, emails, chat etc.)
  2. Experience in working with email servers like outlook, Gmail and other SMTP servers.
  3. Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  4. Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  5. Experience with speech recognition and text-to-speech technologies
  6. Knowledge of conversational AI frameworks and tools (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex)
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for speech related projects.
