To conduct Training for VBAs/Sales Team as and when required To Track attendance, activeness and assessment results of trainees and submit reports on drive as per requirement To conduct Training as per the monthly calendar of training for VBAs, Sales team accordingly Prepare the monthly calendar of training for promotors, sales team and TTT Identifying gaps and formulating strategies to determine planned target vs outcome Take new initiatives to introduce new types of training in zone for all team members Analyses competition products and submit analysis report according to market changesAdditional Required Skills
Leadership skills, Communication skills, Training skills, Presentation Skills Product knowledge, Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Self-awareness with result oriented attitude – self-motivated individual
