Description :

We are seeking a skilled SAP CRM Technical professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting SAP CRM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance and user :

- Design, implement and support SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs.

- Develop technical specifications and documentation for SAP CRM enhancements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CRM applications.

- Conduct system testing and assist in user acceptance testing.

- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP CRM functionalities.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CRM developments and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience in SAP CRM technical roles.

- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules and functionalities.

- Proficiency in ABAP programming language and other SAP development tools.

- Experience with integration of SAP CRM with other SAP modules and third-party applications.

- Understanding of CRM business processes and customer engagement strategies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
