- We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead and manage NetSuite ERP projects from inception through completion.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple NetSuite projects, demonstrating strong project management skills, and deep knowledge of NetSuite ERP solutions spanning Financials, CRM, Projects, EPM, Order Management and SCM.

- This role requires effective leadership, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: Masters degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.

- NetSuite Certifications preferred

Experience: 8-12 years of NetSuite experience, with at least 4 years specifically in managing NetSuite ERP Projects.

- Proven track record of leading full-cycle NetSuite implementations, from planning and design to post-go-live support.

- Experience managing multiple, simultaneous NetSuite projects of varying complexity.

Technical & Functional Skills:

- Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including functional areas such as Financials, CRM, Order Management, Projects, EPM, SCM and Inventory.

- Familiarity with NetSuite modules, workflows, customizations, and data migration processes.

- Ability to collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.

- Experience with third-party integrations and NetSuite customizations

- Experience with global NetSuite rollouts or managing projects for multi-subsidiary companies is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple NetSuite projects, ensuring successful outcomes within scope, timeline, and budget.

- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables.

- Coordinate project activities, manage interdependencies, and monitor progress to ensure project goals are met.

- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate governance processes.

- Prepare and deliver regular project status updates and progress reports to stakeholders, including senior management.

NetSuite Implementation/Rollouts:

- Lead NetSuite implementations/Rollouts by working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver tailored ERP solutions.

- Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements, translating them into system design and configuration.

- Ensure the NetSuite solution aligns with business needs in areas such as Financials, CRM, Supply Chain, and Ecommerce.

- Oversee data migration, system testing, user training, and go-live support to ensure a smooth implementation.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage client expectations, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deliverables.

- Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status meetings, and post-implementation reviews.

- Provide post-implementation support and resolve any issues or challenges that arise
