The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Salesforce applications. The Salesforce Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop solutions, and optimize the performance of the Salesforce platform.Design, develop, test, and implement custom applications, workflows, and Lightning components on the Salesforce platform.Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.Work with Salesforce APIs and integration tools to connect Salesforce with other third-party systems.Configure Salesforce features, such as reports, dashboards, and process automation tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow rules).Customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules within Salesforce.Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, MuleSoft, or other integration tools.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.Write and execute unit tests to ensure the quality of the application.Participate in the deployment process using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, or Ant Migration Tool.Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, business analysts, etc.) to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce applications, resolving issues as they arise.Guide and mentor junior Salesforce developers and administrators.Write clear and concise technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and configurations.Document processes and workflows to ensure transparency and adherence to best practices.
