12 pm- 10 pmMinimum experience required- 8+ yearsCandidate should be well versed in SAP and should be reviewing charts of accounts, Profit/cost center creation Manage and maintain finance master data (e.g., chart of accounts, organizational hierarchies, etc.) in the following key systems: multiple system in use including various BPCs, SAP etc.- Manage and maintain account mapping between key systems.- Ongoing review of the impact of master data changes on key systems and the broader reporting environment.- Design Authority input for management accounts reporting and financial reporting.- Support of and involvement in the OneERP CIM development and roll out.- Ad hoc support for reporting requirements, if needed (e.g., management accounts reporting, budgets, impairment testing, and Attributes:- Excellent attention to detail, able to maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), able to communicate at all levels within the organization- Self-starter, able to tackle problems independently but consult and ask for guidance when necessary- Comfortable to seek direction or input from seniors- Ability to follow processes methodically and thoroughly, and enforce policies- Strong change management skills- Deadline driven and able to cope with stressful situations- Solid negotiation skills, ability to be Experience:- Comprehensive financial reporting experience- IFRS application experience- Knowledge of end-to-end business processes, and an understanding of the impact of system changes on financial reporting- Advanced MS Excel skills- Advantageous but not essential: knowledge of data architecture and data structures, previous experience working on accounting systems such as SAP ERP, SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC), SAP Central Finance (CFIN), etc.- Extensive experience in a comparable role within a global organization (ref:iimjobs.com)
