Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Quotes to send to customers for both Global and India ( USD/INR).
- Coordinate with supply chain for quotes for Global/India orders
- Order processing of Customer Orders
- Co-ordination with Logistics providers for appropriate processing.
- Placing POs on suppliers with appropriate negotiation of terms /pricing etc
- Follow-up with Suppliers for delivery and fulfilment till invoicing.
- Maintain MIS reports
Tools Knowledge & exposure : Microsoft O office 365 with special emphasis on Microsoft Excel , Zoho CRM , Tally .
Value addition through assignment :
Knowledge of IT Solutions /technologies , Global order fulfilment , IT solution supply chain. Understanding of SEZ norms , Zero duty order fulfilment etc
