Regional Sales Manager (RSM)


We are urgently seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management within the two-wheeler industry and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy and Execution :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

- Drive sales initiatives to increase market share and achieve business growth.

Team Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Identify training needs and organize relevant training programs for the sales team.

Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, dealers, and distributors.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Sales Operations :

- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

- Manage the regional sales budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Market Expansion :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the region.

- Plan and execute market penetration strategies to reach new customer segments.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

- 7 to 12 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the two-wheeler industry.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Education :

- Post Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Sales Expertise :

- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Leadership Skills :

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Analytical Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.

Personal Attributes :

- Highly motivated and results-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
