This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and integrations, especially those who have worked within the manufacturing domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM solutions that align with our business goals.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent modules.Lead technical design and development of Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BIP Reports, and personalization's.Implement and support inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware.Work with business stakeholders and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Oracle HCM modules.Collaborate with global teams across time zones in an Agile/DevOps environment.Provide production support, including root cause analysis and defect resolution.Document technical specifications, configuration guides, and system architecture.Required Skills & Qualifications:8+ years of overall experience in ERP/Cloud application development.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, etc.).Strong expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher/OTBI reporting.Experience in building and maintaining Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.Proficient in PL/SQL, REST/SOAP Web Services, and XML/XSLT.Good understanding of security roles and data access in Oracle HCM Cloud.Proven experience in end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations or support projects.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in the manufacturing industry with knowledge of HR and Payroll processes in a manufacturing setup.Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is a plus.Exposure to Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Benefits, and Learning modules is an advantage.
