Responsibilities:
PEGA Admin with CI/CD hands-on knowledge
• Perform application administration activities such as installation, managing security, configuration, and developing case flows and interfaces
• Responsible for working with Infrastructure Team for setting up the necessary resources in Dev/QA/Prod regions.
• Deploy and maintain Pega implementation in a Cloud & On-Prem environment
• Delivers and supports software system solutions that support the operations of their functional areas.
• Work as part of a project team to ensure that the technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer availability and performance requirements.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of patches and upgrades
• Responsible for account management and security controls within the Pega platform
• Ensure standards are being met before changes are rolled to the production environment
Experience:
• Experience in CI/CD setup and configuration
• Experience in Pega Administration, Devops, Application Servers, Linux Operating System and Database activities
• Establishing Pega Production and Non-Production environments based on the Infrastructure Design Document
• Experience in Pega installations & Upgradation activities
• Experience in Pega Frameworks & Pega PDC and configurations
• Working with Pega application developers to troubleshooting the issues in all Environment
• Experience with Cloud platforms and technologies, including Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure is plus
