Job Summary :

The QA Practice Lead is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within an organization. The incumbent will work closely with various stakeholders, including development teams, product owners, project managers, and senior leadership to establish and maintain a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

- Define and implement quality standards, procedures, and metrics for the organization.

- Work with development teams to establish and maintain a culture of quality, including providing guidance on testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

- Collaborate with product owners and project managers to identify and prioritize quality requirements.

- Establish and monitor quality assurance KPIs and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on quality assurance performance, including recommendations for improvement.

- Conduct regular reviews of the quality assurance processes and implement changes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practices and technologies.

- Manage and mentor the QA team, providing guidance, feedback, and performance reviews.

- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.

Requirements ;

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

- Proven experience in quality assurance management, preferably in an Agile software development environment.

- Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven ability to develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with quality assurance tools and technologies, including test automation tools.

- Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to quality assurance.
