Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the US healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of healthcare processes, and the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions. Healthcare domain expertise or Subject Matter Expertise (SME) is highly Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our organization, leveraging your healthcare domain expertise to understand and address their healthcare IT needs effectively.

- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into comprehensive solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales/BD, Presales, Delivery, and Solution teams, to develop tailored proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and value proposition.

- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed solutions, considering factors such as technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with client objectives.

- Participate in client meetings and presentations, articulating the benefits and advantages of our healthcare IT solutions while addressing any concerns or questions raised by the client.

- Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the US healthcare IT landscape, incorporating relevant insights into our sales and marketing efforts.

- Support the project team by providing valuable insights and guidance based on your domain expertise, ensuring successful delivery and implementation of healthcare IT solutions.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, leveraging your understanding of their evolving needs and Demonstrated expertise in the healthcare IT provider and/or payer vertical, with a focus on Payer core (claims/membership/provider management) or Provider clinical/RCM, Pharmacy benefit management domains.

- Possess at least 5 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert or Business Analyst in the Healthcare Domain.

- Proficiency in healthcare operational workflows, including familiarity with EHR systems (such as EPIC, ATHENA, CERNER), EMR, and standards like HL7 and FHIR. Experience in Pharmacy and Lab systems is a plus.

- In-depth understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and HITECH An B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BCA/M.Tech or any equivalent degree.

- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) or related credentials is a plus
