Job  Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a B.Com graduate with strong accounting skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and excellent communication abilities. We value candidates who are fast learners who are eager to grow in a fast-paced financial environment.

Exceptional Candidates with relevant Internships will also be considered.

What will be your responsibilities?

1. Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

2. Prepare financial reports and provide detailed variance analysis.

3. Analyse financial data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making.

4. Continuously learn & collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and efficiency.

5. Utilize Excel to create dashboards, financial models, and data visualizations.


What should be the ideal qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce (M.Com can be an added advantage)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot tables, and Data analysis).

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems.

• Analytical mindset
