1. Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.

Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction across all levels and departments.

Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in the delivery of HR services.

2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process to attract, select, and retain top talent across all functions.

Develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including performance management, career development, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations related to recruitment, hiring, and talent management processes.

3. Employee Relations and Development:

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Manage employee relations issues effectively, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining open lines of communication.

Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities, aligning with the company's growth objectives.

Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness, fairness, and alignment with industry best practices.

4. HR Operations and Compliance:

Oversee all HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as industry-specific guidelines and best practices.

Develop, implement, and regularly review HR policies and procedures to maintain best practices and mitigate risks associated with employment-related matters.

5. Strategic Partnerships and Leadership:

Collaborate closely with senior management and serve as a strategic partner, aligning HR strategies with the company's overall business goals and objectives.

Build strong partnerships with department heads and business leaders, providing guidance and support to address their HR needs and objectives effectively.

Represent the HR function in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making processes, providing insights and recommendations based on HR expertise and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.

Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational growth and success.

Extensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and provide strategic insights.

Proficiency in HR information systems and data management tools.
