Job Title : Lead Data ScientistLocation : Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, IndiaWork from officeJob Description :We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in data science and a proven track record of leading projects from conception to deployment. Key member of advance analytics to create & assist in development of insights products for our corporate clients and In-house Product.Key Responsibilities :- Team Management- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced ML models and algorithms.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.- Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices and methodologies.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLM, and NLP technologies.- Create ML models and advance algorithms to identify and flag risky transactions & card members- Work on new innovative Generative AI based solutions to enhance user experience of our digital products and increase productivity of the team- Gain expertise on data understanding and tables to maximize their usage in insight products- Deploy models in enterprise tools and monitor their performance over time- Work with product, UX and tech team to deliver product in an agile framework- Conceptualize, develop and prototype new insights products/ product/feature enhancements for travel :- 4+ years of experience in data science or a related field.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R Programming, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLM, Prompt Engineering - Azure, AWS - SQL, MongoDB- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks- Experience with NLP techniques and tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
