Description : We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing container orchestration platforms and will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing OpenShift : - Design, implement, and manage OpenShift clusters in a production environment.- Monitor and optimize the performance of OpenShift applications and infrastructure.- Collaborate with development teams to automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenShift and containerized applications.- Implement security best practices for OpenShift environments.- Conduct regular backups and recovery testing for OpenShift clusters.Skills and Qualifications : - 5 to 10 years of experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes orchestration platforms.- Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Podman).- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line tools.- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation tasks.- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.- Understanding of networking concepts related to container networking and services.- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with OpenShift.
