OverviewAs a Human Resource Executive you will play a critical role in the success of the organization by overseeing and managing various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include recruitment employee relations onboarding and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. You will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies to foster a positive organizational culture and support the professional growth of employees.Key responsibilities
  • Plan and execute recruitment efforts to attract and hire qualified candidates
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulations and promote a positive work environment
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievances
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate payroll processing
  • Conduct performance management assessments and provide support for employee development
  • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Collaborate with management to identify organizational development opportunities and support change initiatives
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Manage HRrelated administrative tasks and documentation
  • Stay updated on HR best practices labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in the creation and delivery of HRrelated presentations and training sessions
  • Support HR reporting and analysis for key metrics and trends
Required qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Indepth knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
  • HR certification such as SHRMCP or PHR is a plus
  • Experience in performance management and employee development programs
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning in the HR field
