About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations post-sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and handle client coordination, documentation, and delivery processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients after sales closure for smooth coordination.

  • Collect and verify all required documents from clients.

  • Manage paperwork, agreements, and filing in an organized manner.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

  • Maintain records of client interactions, documentation, and sales-related data.

  • Provide support to the sales team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proper communication and service.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Prior experience in sales coordination, customer support, or admin role preferred.

  • Graduate in any stream.
