About the role: We’re looking for a high-energy Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of organization and creativity.You’ll be the driving force that keeps our teams moving forward — ensuring our artists, designers, engineers, and producers are in sync as we build world-class social casino and casual games enjoyed by millions of players around the world.If you love turning chaos into clarity, deadlines into milestones, and ideas into shipped features, this is your arena. Responsibilities:Own production schedules — define timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables hit their mark across design, art, and engineering.Champion process efficiency — build and optimize agile workflows (sprints, stand-ups, retros) that keep the team focused and shipping smoothly.Bridge communication between creative and technical disciplines — ensuring clarity, alignment, and fast decision-making.Identify risks early — forecast roadblocks, manage dependencies, and develop contingency plans before issues become problems.Collaborate with Producers and Product Managers to balance creative ambition, technical constraints, and delivery goals.Report progress transparently — provide clear, data-driven updates to studio leadership, highlighting wins, challenges, and next steps.Drive continuous improvement — Support post-mortem analysis to improve production processes and workflows. Refine or improve production tools, task tracking, and documentation to scale efficiency across multiple projects.Work Experience:6-8 years total experience, including 4+ years in project or production management within gaming or digital entertainment.Proven experience managing mobile or game projects from start to finish in an agile environment.Desired Profile:Strong knowledge of the game development lifecycle, from pre-production to live operations.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance creative ambitions with production realities.Passion for games, especially social or casino genres.
