Role Overview :

As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and robust data platforms to support our organization's data-driven initiatives. You will leverage your deep understanding of data architecture principles and your expertise in leading cloud-based data platforms to create solutions that meet business requirements and drive strategic :

- Design and architect end-to-end data platforms, including data warehousing, data lakes, and data integration solutions.

- Develop data models, schemas, and metadata management strategies.

- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate data technologies and platforms, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure ML, and AWS data platforms.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies and trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Lead and mentor junior data engineers and analysts.

- Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance policies.

- Implement data validation and monitoring processes.

- Utilize strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address complex data challenges.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance on data architecture best practices.

- Understand business requirements.

Required Capabilities :

- 10+ years of experience in data architecture and related fields.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing data platforms, including data warehousing and data lakes.

- Expertise in at least one major cloud-based data platform, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure ML, or AWS data platforms.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data governance principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Leadership and mentoring skills.

- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

- Experience with data virtualization and data mesh architectures.

- Certifications in relevant data technologies.

- Experience in Financial Markets.

Qualifications :

- B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, or MBA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
