We are looking for a skilled Senior Technical Lead to join our client's team. In this role, you will guide technical teams, lead projects, and create smart and scalable solutions using Apache Spark, Scala, and Python . You will play a key role in shaping our technology, mentoring our people, and delivering top-quality results.


Responsibilities

  • Lead technical teams to design, build, and deliver solutions using Apache Spark, Scala, and Python.
  • Guide and support team members in solving complex technical problems.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather needs and define project goals.
  • Make sure coding, testing, and deployment follow best practices.
  • Review code, improve performance, and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and fix technical issues quickly.
  • Stay up to date with new trends in Apache Spark, Scala, and Python.
  • Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Apache Spark, Scala, and Python.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects.
  • Great problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Good knowledge of the software development life cycle.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
  • Knowledge of big data tools is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in Apache Spark, Scala, or Python are a plus.
