About the Role We are looking for a motivatedCA / CA-Inter fresherto join ourUS Audit & Accounting team . The role involves working directly with US CPAs and clients to support statutory audits, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities underUS GAAPandUS Accounting Standards . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain international accounting exposure and build a long-term career in US Finance, Audit & Tax. Key Responsibilities US Accounting Prepare and maintaingeneral ledgers, journals, and reconciliations . Record and reviewAP, AR, payroll, bank transactions , and month-end adjustments. Assist withmonthly and quarterly financial statements . Performvariance analysisand account clean-ups. Support client deliverables related toQuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, or other US tools(training provided). US Audit Assist US Audit Managers withaudit planning, testing, and documentation . Prepareaudit workpapers : sampling, walkthroughs, internal control testing, and substantive procedures. Review supporting documents: invoices, bank statements, contracts, ledgers, and reconciliations. Apply knowledge ofUS GAAPandUS audit methodologies(training provided). Ensure timely completion of audit tasks and meet client deadlines. Compliance & Reporting Support preparation ofUS tax schedules , fixed asset registers, depreciation, etc. Assist in preparing documents forIRS, State filings, or internal management reports . Communication & Coordination Work closely with US clients, senior accountants, and audit managers. Participate in video meetings, status calls, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions. Maintain confidentiality and high-quality standards in deliverables. Required Qualifications CA (Fresher) / CA-Inter / Article-ship completed . Strong accounting fundamentals and understanding of audit concepts. Proficient inExcel(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas). Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English. Willingness to work inUS shift timings . Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
