TCS is hiring for SAP FPSL.

Role : SAP FPSL Lead

Experience : 10+ Years

Location: PAN India

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FPSL solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Transformation of technical specifications in accounting (e.g. IFRS 9, HGB, US-GAAP) into the configuration of the SAP S/4HANA FPSL (Financial Products Subledger)
  • Collaborate with financial stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP FPSL to handle various financial products, ensuring accurate subledger entries and reporting.
  • Must have SAP FPSL configuration experience for IFRS9 or IFRS17
  • Must have S/4 HANA Fiori deployment and configuration experience.
  • Fluent knowledge of Subledger Accounting (FS-FPS-SLA)
  • Must have minimum 1 implementation project experience in SAP FPSL Space
  • Experience in configuring the business process in FPSL
  • Must be able to speak about the accounting entries for the different business transactions happen in SAP FPSL
  • Must be able to speak on the Data migration /conversion process from legacy to SAP FPSL
  • Must be able to speak about the Integration capabilities of FPSL with SAP/NON SAP GL and with reporting tools such as SAC, etc.
  • Develop and implement integration strategies with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective use of FPSL functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FPSL processes and configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP FPSL features, regulatory changes, and best practices, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Adaptation of the FPSL data model and matching with the data of the upstream systems
