Tenjin empowers organizations with AI-driven test automation, process validation, and end-to-end quality engineering, ensuring high accuracy, reduced risk, and faster go-lives across core banking, digital channels, and payment systems.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our technology team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in core banking solutions—especially Finacle, Islamic banking, and enterprise workflow/digital platforms. The role demands a strong understanding of both conventional and Islamic banking processes, along with hands-on expertise in implementing complex digital transformation solutions.Key Responsibilities1. System Expertise & Consulting- Serve as the primary SME for Finacle Conventional Core, including Treasury and Trade Finance (TF) modules—covering configuration, customization, and process optimization. - Act as the SME for Finacle Islamic Core (IFB), ensuring compliance with Sharia principles and supporting Islamic banking operations. - Provide expert consultancy on integrating Finacle with digital channels and peripheral systems.2. Workflow & Digital Solutions Implementation- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions on NewGen platforms (RLOS, CLOS, BPM, DMS). - Drive digital transformation across retail and commercial workflows including loan origination and BPM initiatives. - Oversee the implementation and optimization of Document Management Systems (DMS).3. Customer Onboarding & Process Re-Engineering- Design seamless, digital-first customer onboarding journeys leveraging NewGen workflow systems. - Analyze and re-engineer processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce TAT, and improve customer experience.4. Stakeholder Management & Mentorship- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and product owners to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on core banking systems and digital platforms. - Manage vendor engagement, solution delivery, and project implementations.Required Skills & QualificationsCore Banking (Mandatory)- Deep expertise in Finacle Conventional Core, including Treasury and Trade Finance (TF). - Strong functional knowledge of Finacle Islamic Core (IFB) and Islamic banking operations.Digital / Workflow (Mandatory)- Hands-on experience implementing and managing NewGen workflow suites. - Strong functional and technical experience with RLOS, CLOS, BPM, and DMS.Banking Domain Expertise- Excellent understanding of retail, corporate, and commercial banking operations. - Strong grasp of regulatory norms, operational processes, and industry best practices.Soft Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal abilities. - Capability to lead and execute complex projects independently.Education- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.Other Requirements- Must be willing to travel to Ethiopia based on project needs.If your skills match the requirements, please share your updated resume with us at: lokesh.ms@yethi.in
