About the Role : As Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with multiple engineering teams to successfully deliver cross-team projects. You will identify roadblocks with the Engineering team and ideate solutions.On a typical day, you will handle change and risk, and ensure the right decisions are made at the right time, resulting in seamless project delivery. You will tackle problems that pop up in projects ranging from feature development to tech stack changes. Your end goal will be to ensure the smooth running of the Engineering team.If you know how to deliver engineering projects through their Software Development Life Cycles, then buckle up. You have a thrilling experience in a fast-paced team waiting for you.What you will do : - Drive technical projects end-to-end from requirements, to launch - Manage complex project schedules, remove roadblocks and keep processes running smoothly- Work with Engineering and Product leaders to streamline processes, simplify execution, and manage on-time releases- Introduce tools to amplify efficiency and help the teams you are engaged with in smoother execution- Communicate regularly with senior management on the status, risks, and change control - Constantly brainstorm ways to improve processes for completeness and better efficiency- Dive deep into the technical details of the programWhat you will need : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience- 5+ years of experience working with and helping technical engineering teams deliver against a backlog- Prior experience as a software developer will be preferred- Experience managing projects across teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)- Proven project planning/execution skills, including estimating and scheduling- Proven ability to represent projects from business, product and technical perspectives- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills- Experience in cloud migrations and data center migrations - Understanding of security compliance is a plusNote: For your candidature to be considered on this job, you need to apply necessarily on the redirected career page of the company as well.
