The role is hands-on - you'll be working on real projects, from research and site plans to 3D models and permit drawings.What You’ll Do:- Research local zoning rules and prepare preliminary site plans for new projects. - Work on schematic designs, 3D models, building permit applications, and construction documentation of residential and commercial architecture projects. - Create high-quality architectural drawings, renders, and presentations. - Create and maintain technical documentation.What I’m Looking For:- Bachelor of Architecture student. - Available for a remote internship of at least one month. - A thoughtful design portfolio. - Solid skills in autocad, sketchup, and adobe suite. - Attention to detail and a strong eye for design.
