We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to help elevate the quality, performance, and accessibility of our web applications. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, lead test automation initiatives, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability and user experience.What You’ll Do- Design, build, and maintain UI automation frameworks using Cypress and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Conduct performance testing with K6, analyze test results, and recommend optimizations. - Perform API testing using Postman, validating requests, responses, workflows, and error handling. - Execute accessibility testing using tools such as Wave and AudioEye, ensuring WCAG compliance. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to define requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Participate in code reviews and improve QA processes and standards. - Mentor junior QA engineers and help drive best practices in testing, automation, and quality engineering.What You Bring- Strong, hands-on experience with Cypress and TypeScript for UI automation. - Proficiency in K6 for performance testing. - Solid understanding of API testing using Postman. - Working knowledge of accessibility testing, including Wave, AudioEye, and WCAG standards. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into development workflows. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. - A collaborative mindset and passion for quality.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with additional test automation tools or frameworks. - Knowledge of DevOps, cloud platforms, and modern infrastructure. - Relevant certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, or similar).
