Job Title: Presales – Senior Manager / Group Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced presales leader to join our Customer Experience and Commercial Apps practice. In this role, you will lead and manage a high-performance team responsible for driving bid management efforts for RFX (RFP, RFQ, RFI) processes. You will collaborate with practice teams, sales, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals that address client needs and align with business objectives. Additionally, you will drive the creation of cutting-edge Points of View (PoVs), market-leading collaterals, and innovative solutions that demonstrate HCLTech's leadership in digital transformation, SaaS applications, customer experience solutions, eCommerce, and commerce technologies. Leveraging strategic innovation, technical proficiency, and thought leadership, you will play a key role in enhancing HCLTech's market positioning and securing strategic contracts that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a bid management team, ensuring high-performance in driving end-to-end RFX efforts in the Customer Experience & Commercial Apps domain. Foster a visionary, results-driven team environment, aligning the team with strategic business objectives while ensuring bid quality and competitiveness. Provide guidance and support to the team in proposal development, helping them craft high-quality responses that meet client requirements and showcase HCLTech's capabilities. Solution Development & PoV Creation:

Oversee the creation of tailored proposals for Customer Experience & Commercial Apps, focusing on solutions that leverage digital transformation, SaaS, marketing automation, and eCommerce capabilities. Lead the development of cutting-edge Points of View (PoVs) and collaterals, demonstrating HCLTech's innovative solutions and market leadership in eCommerce, Sitecore, AEM, and other customer experience technologies. Ensure proposals highlight HCLTech's expertise in web-based/cloud solutions, API management, microservices, system integration, customer data platforms, and leading eCommerce platforms like Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, AEM Commerce, and Sitecore Commerce. Client Engagement & Market Positioning:

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and driving the creation of innovative solutions that align with their business goals. Engage with analysts and advisory firms to position HCLTech as a thought leader and enhance the company's competitive positioning in eCommerce and digital customer experience. Create high-value customer-facing content that demonstrates HCLTech's leadership in digital marketing, commerce and CMS solutions like Sitecore and AEM. Proposal Leadership:

Oversee the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions that align with client needs and HCLTech's strategic business goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of proposals with HCLTech's vision, market positioning, and competitive advantages. Innovation & Market Strategy:

Partner with internal teams to create proprietary tools, frameworks, and solutions that accelerate the development cycle, reducing time-to-market for clients. Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure bid strategies reflect HCLTech's innovative mindset and thought leadership in eCommerce, digital marketing, customer experience technologies.

Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in bid management, presales, solution development, or sales enablement, with a focus on enterprise applications, digital consulting, SaaS, eCommerce, or customer experience solutions. Proven experience in leading high-performance teams to drive RFX efforts, ensuring high-quality bid submissions and competitive responses. Expertise in SaaS platforms, eCommerce technologies, process automation, and customer experience technologies, including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Sitecore, AEM, Magento, Shopify, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Proven track record of leading complex, high-value proposals and securing strategic contracts. Strong experience in creating cutting-edge Points of View (PoVs), market positioning strategies, and innovative collaterals. Demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, API management, microservices, customer data platforms, and eCommerce solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior client stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a visionary mindset, capable of translating technical capabilities into compelling business solutions that drive client success.
