- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables).

- Experience in working within a startup environment is a plus.
