Job Title :Senior QA Engineer Tosca Automation + Manual + Performance TestingLocation :Hyderabad, India (Hybrid/Onsite as per project needs)Experience :6+ YearsJob Summary :We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in Tosca Automation, Manual Testing, and Performance Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automation frameworks, conducting manual and exploratory testing, and ensuring the performance and scalability of applications. The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery across the software development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities :1. Automation Testing (Tosca) :- Design, develop, and maintain robust Tosca automation frameworks.- Create and maintain automated test scripts for web, desktop, and API-based applications using Tricentis Tosca.- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.- Maintain test data and test environments in collaboration with DevOps and development teams.- Integrate Tosca automation with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.2. Manual Testing :- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation to write effective test cases.- Execute end-to-end functional, integration, regression, UI, and smoke testing.- Report defects clearly with logs, screenshots, and steps to reproduce.- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.- Provide exploratory and ad-hoc testing during sprints or UAT phases.3. Performance Testing :- Develop and execute performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.- Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve them.- Analyze and present performance test results, metrics, and KPIs.- Simulate load and stress test scenarios for scalability and reliability assessments.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 6+ years of total QA experience with a blend of automation, manual, and performance testing.- Minimum 3+ years of strong hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca Automation.- Proven experience in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.- Experience with defect management tools like JIRA, TestRail, ALM, etc.- Good understanding of API testing (Postman, SoapUI, Tosca API).- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and documentation skills.Preferred Skills :- Tosca certifications (e.g., Automation Specialist 1 & 2, Test Design Specialist).- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Groovy, etc.).- Exposure to security and mobile testing is a plus.- Experience working with microservices and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).Soft Skills :- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.- Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments.- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
