About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented- Regional Sales Manager- to lead the sales efforts for our advanced- Enabling Technologies (IONM)- product portfolio in- Neurosciences- across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing healthcare company at the forefront of neurotechnology, where your contribution directly impacts lives and supports clinical innovation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales strategy, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. You will operate independently within your region while collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize, Create and implement effective sales strategies that enhance market penetration to establish IONM product brand in the region.

- Identify & Build Relationships with key decision-makers across hospitals, clinics, research centres, and Channel Partners/ Distributor Channels

- Deliver Product Demonstrations & Training to medical professionals on IONM products

- Monitor Market Trends & Competitor Activity to inform sales tactics and uncover growth opportunities

- Manage Sales Pipeline & Forecasts using planning for accurate and timely forecasting

- Provide and manage pre-and post-sales Support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty

- Efficient Channel Partner Management in the region - Monitoring & Managing to ensure customer satisfaction

- Collaborate Cross-Functionally with marketing, support, and product development teams to align on regional goals

- Report Sales Metrics & Market Intelligence to the National Sales Manager

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in- Life Sciences, Biomedical, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum- 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales and support, preferably in Neuroscience related disciplines

- Strong knowledge of Medical Technologies and their clinical applications

- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in your respective region

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and ability to manage a large territory

- Willingness to- travel extensively- within the assigned region
