Job Description:
1. Contributing to the growth of the Institute through a successful team
2. Maintain a constant communication channel with various stakeholders.
3. Liasoning with channel partners, like - Coaching Institutes, Education Consultant, Collage etc.
4. Work with the marketing, counseling and BD team to help them drive more traffic of admission.
5. Maintaining MIS reports on daily basis.
6. Develop positive relationships with key stakeholders
7. Strategizing & Marketing for promotions of admissions.
8. Collecting the right data from various agencies, sorting it, and aligning according to
the demographics /admissions requirements to extend support to the team
members.
9. Collaboration with the suitable coaching institutes, consultants etc. for ensuring admission.
10. Coordinating with Digital Department-Admissions for Brand building and other promotional initiatives.
11. The selection of applicants, arranging GDPIs with the help of ACP, admissions for the final
selection of candidate.
12. Strategizing & Marketing: Planning, forecasting and analyzing marketing demands and
student trends. Preparing & presenting, marketing plan of promotional materials,
advertisements, and campaigns, conducting and participating in event that can generate
business.
13. Suggesting new avenues for diversifying into markets for PG programs.
14. Apart from the above, you may need to explore additional avenues for diversification into
emerging new certifications/ course/ program and affiliation.
15. Plan, develop and execute strategies successfully to ensure students enrollments as per
targets.
16. Planning an execution of conventional and digital advertisements campaign for admission as
well as brand promotion.
17. Team Management of Counselors and BD Executives in coordination
18. You are expected to maintain utmost confidentiality with regards to the data/ leads of the
Institute. In no case, it should be shared with any outside party.
Required Candidate profile:
1. Ability to handle team.
2. Excellent Communication skills.
3. Experience in PGDM counselling.
4. Should be able to handle Face to Face counselling.
5. Should be ready to travel for various GDPI sessions and counselling.
6. Should be proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
