This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate efficiently across teams to ensure smooth execution of listings, pricing, promotions, and dispatches.Key Responsibilities:Manageproduct listings, catalogue accuracy, pricing updates, and stock syncingacross marketplaces. Oversee daily operations includingreturns, claims, ad changes, and performance optimization . Maintain and updateMIS trackers, sales dashboards, and performance reports . Coordinate withdesign, warehouse, and marketing teamsfor timely uploads, replenishments, and campaigns. LeverageAI tools and workflow automationsto improve reporting and operational efficiency. Track marketplace KPIs — sales, cancellations, return rates, and ad spends. Stay updated onplatform trends and algorithm changesto maximize visibility and sales.Requirements:1–3 years of experience ine-commerce operations or marketplace management(fashion background preferred). Strong proficiency inExceland data analysis. Keen interest inAI tools, automations, and performance analytics . Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Ability to multitask and thrive in afast-paced, high-growthenvironment.
